      Leadership is very forward-looking, intelligent, strategic and approachable. Atmosphere is very welcoming, co-workers are best in the industry. Business model is very solid. Leadership does not deviate from core values.

      Good if you are over 60 yo

      Cons

      Ran entirely by older folks that won’t retire and are out of touch with reality. They only promote their own children. Easily over 50% of new hires are kids or relatives of executives. Do not come here if you want to climb a career ladder.
