It mostly comes down to management and many of the people working there. Managers and supervisors sit in their office and eat all day and the company can't seem to get Human Resources to stick and the ones that do last are pretty lazy. Recognition for a job well done is rarely received in certain departments. Many of the people that work there seem to be in a clique (just like high school), which is really annoying because essentially if you don't go out and party, you're not part of the clique. The company is constantly holding job fairs so it seems they're having a difficult time keeping people.
