Lack of regard for doing what is right for employees. It seems this company only cares about the bottom line. No PTO payout, terrible parental leave, terrible medical benefits, doing the bare minimum of what is required by state law for its employees.
Lastly and most disappointing is that despite the copious diversity in the clinical teams and in the markets our studios are in, there is no diversity among senior leadership and no desire to be socially educated and responsible in such a pivotal time
