Management only focuses uplifting the operations team and benefiting the higher ups. When they hire you they will make it sound like an amazing opportunity but in reality they just want to overwork you for the bare minimum. It also doesn’t matter how long you’ve worked for the company, new employees come in getting higher salaries and the HR team black ball you with raises or any incentives. The only thing diverse about this company is the dental assistants and hygienists which are at the bottom of the priority list. Everyone else is white and as you can imagine they only look out for each other. They also hire people with no experience in dentistry, don’t give proper training, and then fire them if they don’t deliver. I personally watched the company go from a caring environment to a money hungry machine. You’re expected to do new tasks daily to increase revenue with no benefit or increase in raise.
Some of the dentists are the nastiest I have ever worked with as well some members of the operations team. They try to act like parents and scold you instead of giving constructive criticism so you can grow in the company. This place left a bad taste in my mouth and the turn over rate shows I’m not the only one. I also feel that their dental practices aren’t efficient. I’ve witnessed patients getting cut in their mouths, patients swallowing whole teeth, doctors misdiagnosing patients in order to exhaust their insurance. If you’re looking for a great, honest, place to work where you can learn and grow, don’t go here, trust me. Current employees still complain to this day.
