Win-win culture - President Tendergrass Employee Review

Tendergrass is a company that's focused on solving supply chain problems so it's very fast-paced and challenging. For people who enjoy an environment like that, working at Tendergrass can be very rewarding.

Problems are our raison d'etre. If the company's role in the industry is solving problems, you'll always have lots of problems to solve. That can be exhausting or discouraging at times and you must have a high level of emotional intelligence to thrive at Tendergrass.

To address above - Unlimited PTO - taking PTO is frowned upon. Generous Pay - you will be reminded how generously you are paid all the time (lack of tact or normal interpersonal interactions is lacking in an appalling way) Owner is a narcissistic person with a sense of grandeur. (he thinks he's the next Elon Musk and that is a quote). He does not understand boundaries (during interview process has called people from my work past who I did not authorize to call or was asked a permission if he could call them). Religion is a big aspect for him, so prepare for lots of prayers (ok for some, but completely weird at work). People who work for him seem beat down and unhappy. Turnover is high. Don't waste your time like I did.
