TOXIC Sr HR Leadership - Human Resources Tennant Employee Review

i've seen a lot of the really good HR people leave this year and wasn't sure why. i now see that the sr. hr leadership team specifically the total rewards leadership team is undeniably toxic. they gossip, make up stories about people, over-formalize communication, make you feel less than if you are not at their level and worst of all they play it off like its the other persons fault vs. having any ownership. it's so toxic and now i realize why the good HR people are leaving. i have little to no trust in the sr. hr leadership team to make a changes needed. i would warn anyone who is in hr that is thinking of coming into this organization that the sr. hr leaders are not looking out for you but instad only for themselves
