Pros
Tenneco is a large enough company that opportunities to take different roles and positions come around fairly often.
Cons
Wages at the time did not keep up with the market and as with many public companies the vision of upper management was fairly bleak. Locations of facilities are also not very convenient if you are a city dweller.
