      Thanks for your review and I agree with what you say. Recruitment can be extremely lucrative and rewarding, but it is not a walk in Central Park, you need to put the effort in. Specialised IT recruitment is always a large opportunity market due to the limited resources available which is both a blessing (lots of opportunities for consultants to place candidates) and a curse (less candidates available).       None, awful company to work with.

      Cons

      - Does not pay paychecks on time. Has happened 3+ times to me in a 2 month period. -Tries to blame you for paychecks not being on time. -Nobody to speak to -When you do speak to someone finally, they are rude and hang up on you.
