Terrible organisation with a toxic culture and inept management - Manager Tenth Revolution Group Employee Review

Unfortunately, my experience at this organisation was very disappointing. The leadership lacked clear vision, and the company culture felt disjointed and unwelcoming. There were concerning issues around favouritism and poor management practices that made the work environment feel toxic. Senior leadership often came across as out of touch with reality and if felt like everyone was saving themselves from being sacked from the CEO, and communication from the top down was minimal. I would encourage anyone considering a role here to do thorough research and look elswhere.
