Pros
Depending on the market you work on, there is a huge database to work from (cands and contacts), with access to top of the range tools - making the recruitment process so much easier. There's also plenty of experienced and good quality recruiters/managers to learn from. Huge earning and progression potential - you definitely get out what you put in. Teams are super friendly and social and you'll often find close friendships from your colleagues.
Cons
As with all recruitment companies, it's hard work and can be tough if you aren't putting the effort in. There can sometimes be misaligned leadership but you tend to find that if you're doing well, you'll be able to run your own desk without too much intervening from upper leadership.
