Pros
I can't really think of any good points, company has changes so much in recent years. It has squeezed the life out of employees.
Cons
No career path, unrealistic schedules, demanding working overtime without compensation. Poor environment support. Doesn't give employees tool to be successful. It's almost like they are intended to set people for failures and them blame them. Intimitating employees by hiring overseas. Give out low raises for last decade. Most employees has no voice. If they do voice differ opinion, they will end up being pushed out of the door.
