Pros
The people at Teradyne is the reason to work there. It's not a job that you collect a paycheck from. You are proud of the work you do. In my department, my job is valued and taken seriously.
Cons
Communication is lacking at this company. It seems there are many chiefs and not enough Indians. There isn't a sharing of information within departments or divisions. Most people are so worried that they will make a mistake and lose their jobs that they fail to go against management.
