Very relatable leadership- crisp and honest on plans and roadmaps. Great place to learn new skills and wear different hats. Challenging work and results matter. The day flies by and Teradyne truly cares about their employees and wellbeing.
Cons
There is a traditional Teradyne community which is held in high regard and those individuals tend to get hall passes. Many have struggled coming from large companies where their work is siloed, Great for someone who can own their work and be ready to be stretched.
