      Awesome company to work for that had great benefits. Great salary and comfortable environment. Overall a really positive experience. The year I started was 1999-2002

      Cons

      Occasionally long hours at work. Company kept replacing employees on a regular basis.

      Excellent upper mgmt. & interdepartmental communication that was supported & encouraged from the top down. Individual achievement rewarded with on the spot bonuses, corporate-wide achievement was rewarded with an All Hands Meeting held in Maui! .

      Lack of job security.
