      Pros

      Good Pay, big challenges, a very nice place to learn or start your career.

      Cons

      Bad data adquisition system, many reworks in current analysis,lack of empathy and teamwork, different departments see themselves as separate organizations.

      They are proactive when it comes to equipment

      Cons

      You have to play dumb so the Reliability team can feel superior to you. Get experience if you are new to maintenance and leave. The reliability department will blame you for things, and management will believe them. I was asked to sit at the CPL line with Tom while he made changes to the program when I was on days just to be accused of doing it when I went on nights.
