Terra comes with many pros. The culture is unlike any other company I have worked with so far, with attractive benefits and yearly bonuses. They have an excellent, newly built building and consistent engagement

The cons here are that the work environment is highly demanding. Many persons struggle with burnout and often complain of salary benefits especially at the beginner level.

Terra Caribbean has an extraordinary work culture that always made me feel welcome, even as a short-term intern. I was able to learn a lot through excellent mentorship in the software team and would recommend Terra to anybody.

No real cons to speak of.
