Pros
After working for 6 months you receive a performance review and then, if you did well, you will receive a bump in your salary. I received a $3,000 increase which bumped me from $59k to $62k annually
Cons
Most positions like this are hourly, however my company had been recently acquired by Terracon and for whatever reason we were salaried and only received OT if we surpassed 44 hours of *billable* work.
