Pros
Three weeks of paid vacation and approval for said vacation time is extremely lax. There is very little toxicity from the lower level positions -- I don't really interact with anyone else here. It's generally very relaxed work flow as long as you don't allow them to put to much on you.
Cons
It's a corporation. You're typically stuck doing one specific thing and not learning new, marketable skills. There is a bit of favoritism and egoism from many of the higher ups and some of the people in the lower levels. If you don't fit in with them, you aren't going to be promoted or encouraged for further schooling.
