Great people, especially the two company owners. Genuinely salt of the earth guys. As a part of the development team I learned a ton and had a really good experience and liked the guys I worked with and it formed my whole future in a good way. Keith (dev lead) is probably the smartest person I've ever met... and was pretty patient with my stupid nonsense. Also we bent over backwards nonstop to make customers happy and I think it paid off mostly, which in retrospect was rewarding even if sometimes it sucked at the time.

At the time the wages were slightly below average for Winnipeg, I think. This was many years ago though so I don't know what it's like now.

- CEO, manager and team leads are awesome and down to earth. They want you to succeed. - You will learn how to work under pressure and communicate effectively.

Not a con by my 2 cents: Plan your day well. Think about meals, how much you would need to get done, etc.
