      Pros

      Great company with a lot of smart people. Went through some rough times as a result of the bankruptcy of its sponsor Sunedison but has recently been acquired by Brookfield. There is a lot of potential. The company has a solid basis and renewable energy has a lot of growth opportunities, especially with the strong new sponsor.

      Cons

      It will take some time to get back to return to the solid stable company it was before.
