Pros
There's very little work they require you to do and it's mostly very easy tasks. The interview I went through was very easy and relaxed.
Cons
I've had days where I didn't have anything to do. It's made me very frustrated. Also, every idea I had to improve things was shut down because the CEO decided he did like the ideas. They heavily prioritize information being available above any kind of security and it's something that will (almost certainly) cost the company financially.
