I have no intention of adding anything here this time.

I would update my prior review if that were an option, however I wanted to do some sort of update as to my situation after being laid off from Tesla. My signed severance agreement still has yet to be fulfilled at this time, I am going on 11 months since I was let go, and I am still short but thousands of dollars. Tesla has made it clear that the managers they hire for technicians are happy to terminate employees based on bad-faith decisions and even go as far as to lie about how things were handled, it would appear as though on a leadership level their contracts are also made in poor-faith and they will happily ignore them. From my sign-on bonus, to the pathetic payout they offered me, to the more than 40 hours of vacation they said I would receive a full payout for... I have received almost none of it to date. Make sure to save pictures of everything they send you, and all communications as you will loose access to all of it when they terminate your contract.
