Flexible hours, unlimited income potential, great Team members, exciting industry. You are able to have work/life balance, but it is a challenge because it's a thrill to work here, and a joy to help people, knowing I am changing the world!

Pros

A lot of work and chances for overtime Management was always there and supportive

Cons

Seemed that Policies were changing a lot during the time, this was also due to the company purchasing solar city, so maybe it has settled down now. I was not able to continue my education during the day and still hold the job
