      Pros

      Very well managed and stable company. Many employees have been here for more than 10-15 years. Good work-life balance and managers are in general straight shooters and you know what they expect. Great for someone with a family looking for a stable job with international advancement possibilities.

      Cons

      Many people are settled in and it can take time to advance in your career. This can be frustrating if you are looking for a quick way to work your way up the career ladder
