Poor Employee Care - Production Supervisor Tetra Pak Employee Review

Poor culture, not safety oriented, very clickish. When starting company said 14 days vacation but that’s based on a 8 hour schedule, so effectively you get 9 days if you are working 12 hour shifts. As a production supervisor you won’t receive all of your holidays, you will be the only Tetra Pak employees that have holidays fall on your scheduled days off and receive no compensation.
