Pros

HUGE projects! And you get to design factories from ground up. Invaluable experience Really good benefits. 401k match is very good Amazing managers. Very nice and accommodating Work life balance is good if you are not traveling

Cons

-Pay is not competitive -A lot of domestic travel. Not a con if you like traveling. You will be on a project on site anywhere from 4 months to a year. You do come back every two weeks for the weekend.
