Pros
- Great company culture where employees can advance as far as they want. - International opportunities pretty much every where in the world - Good compensation packages - Good mentorship (if you find the right person) - Training always available - Great history and knowledge of the product within the company, making you feel proud to work for them.
Cons
- All of the above (except the last point) has to be sought by employees. Don't expect to have it fall on your lap. - High competition over the last 10 years (due to Chinese copy's), making the business tougher.
