Pros
Good cheese pies and snacks on Fridays! Good working environment.
Cons
Your manager can tell your new salary and the day after you can end up with 50% salary increase, basically the other 50% could possibly be taken back by senior manager of your manager. The saddest thing is that such kind a mobbing situation is justified and accepted as "reasonable" by management.
