Pros
I just started working for the company. So far, so good. I have a lot of freedom in my position. I work in the field and as long as my work gets done my manager is fine with that.
Cons
Just like any firm in on the oil and gas side of things. When the times are good there is a lot of work, but when projects aren't going we will need to have a good client base to stay busy.
