As a result, we have taken meaningful steps to address these issues, including adding temporary staffing support and refining processes for efficiency. We are committed to maintaining strong talent across our organization. This means both bringing in leaders with broad claims expertise and fresh perspectives and investing in the growth of the talented people we already have.
