Great experience, so happy to be here; learning from such smart people not only my team but also from people from other teams. What we did in such a short time on Diversity and Inclusion and how we jumped on it and start conversations. Our CEO made this number 1 priority which is absolutely amazing. Trying to understand who we are as a company is very positive and impressive. Where did we get to in such a short period of time… Working here all around is in another reality – absolutely beneficial in every single way to ones' well being, career pathing and aspirations, income needs, productivity needs, and more. Great place to develop your career. Lots of diverse and interesting things to work on and get involved in. Culture, care for team, autonomy, flexibility and a great leadership team (always available). CEO has open door initiatives for all of us anytime; I feel I can go and speak with him, his initiatives to connect with employees are amazing, cooking classes, being available. We got so much better in terms of planning and communicating last year - kudos to leadership and CEO's transparency.
