Guaranteed hours if they like you. (which i had between 20-30 hours a week) They will transfer you if you'd like to be at a location closer to your residence, if they like you.
Cons
They will transfer you whether you want to or not, regardless of their location closest to your residence. You can work 8 hour shift and not have a lunch break or ANY breaks, you actually don't get breaks in this company, the HR tells you to make sure you tell your manager to give you a break, but you don't get breaks. Oh also if you open or close they want you to come in early and start working off the clock to get all the food and coffee prepared, also counting down the til and opening the store, They dont want you to clock in early but they want you to open the store exactly on time and clock in on time, makes sense right?
