Pros

Medical policy is good. Work life balance is there.

Cons

There is a long list of cons. 1. The show topper is the decision of management to open office in the mid of pandemic. There was a strict advisory and employee were forced to come to office since oct 2020 else there would be consequences like apply leaves etc. 2. While many companies were providing covid related relief to employees, thales noida actually did reverse of it and decided to give late appraisals with very less increment citing reasons of covid. 3. Directors are purely non technical and they have no interest in on-going projects and this has serious consequences that mostly non technical people are being promoted and made managers, so it is certain your manager is going to be from testing background and he will ignore you and your ideas. 4. In mid of pandemic, there were lots of people gathering were organised like get-together functions where people were mixed in a manner that every employee get in touch with every other employee. This event was must to attend. 5. New office location is very very bad. It takes a lot time and traffic to reach to office.

Pros

*This only applies to the Montgomeryville location* None. Used to be a great place to work. I enjoyed the work I did and the various teams I worked with.

Cons

*This only applies to the Montgomeryville location* -Health benefits have gotten worse each year. -Constant layoffs. -Changed from an 8 hour 3 shift day, 5 days a week to a 10 hour 2 shift day, 4 days out of the week. The idea was to save money on overtime, then they started asking the employees to stay the 4 hours between shifts. Then they started asking the employees to work the extra 3 days. Then they made the employees sign a waiver, making the 3 days mandatory when needed. -Flat raises, everyone gets the same raise. -Lower management no longer cares -Upper management is too focused on vanity projects or no longer cares
