The company runs on ignorance by a sales motivated leadership. Safety, regulatations/laws, your development take a low priority next to it. Laws are regularly broken in order to achieve minimal spending. Inadequate tools are given to complete the necessary job. No training is given to hourly workers besides one day of wear your PPE. The benefits are mediocre at best. The first year of the job you get zero vacations then after you get two weeks annually for 15 years regardless of how much experience you bring. After 15 years you get an additional week of vacation. The first year you earn no retirement, and are finally vested after 7 years! The safety culture is terrible. Typically incidents are not reported and incident investigations are weak at best. The facility is ran down as inadequate maintenance occurs. Their is no defined career path or annual performance reviews. I could not recommend this place to anyone.
