      Flexible at times, benefits were nice, hotel discounts

      Terrible management, rude and unprofessional behavior by one of the “managers/sommelier” despite many employees reporting it to HR, unorganized establishment, toxic environment, very high turnover rate, money is not worth it, avoid this place!!

      Decent pay, benefits for full time employees

      Cons

      Management is laughable, they’ll work you to death, they don’t care about your well-being, they only care about numbers and quantity over quality, kitchen is disgusting, “fine dining” yet chefs and cooks come from bars and diners, kitchen falls apart every single night, quality of clientele is rapidly declining, and it’s overall just a miserable place to be.
