Rewarding to help clients overcome addiction

Many, many cons…but mostly the management doing shady business such as keeping clients at a “skilled” level/detox but not having licensed staff in the building while said clients were detoxing. Admitting pregnant women for detox which is very dangerous, especially with the lack of training. Clients would have drugs brought in with any reprimand. Not having appropriate amounts of staff for safety in the evenings or nights when we had violent clients in the building. Also-not having management support. Those are only a few of the cons.
