- Unusual way of testing loyalty with lies, deceit, and complete disregard for feelings - High possibility of sexual harassment by the board - Jealously for being too productive - Personal mental conflict between the truth/reality of the situation vs keeping your job - Sight of promotions for those doing wrong which may affect you psychologically to doing more wrong
