      The Beck Group is a Great Friendly Family Oriented Company.

      Cons

      Sometimes PM, General Sup,Senior Superintendent don’t follow the Beck Core Values/ Policy. Only when Corporate shows up onsite.

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Cons

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
