Pros
Really good money for serving bacon and eggs. Work with fun people and make loads of friends.
Cons
Changing a lot and getting away from it's original values. Higher management seem dis-interested in how their staff get on, what they value and are more interested in expanding and selling crap merchandise than customer service and food quality.
