      Easy money. Guard shift. Dental care. So much leave. Get to go some really good places if your lucky. Cadres/promotion courses in the engineers just became easy. Understanding compassionate reasons

      Cons

      The management are just as good as the privates. Everyone seems to be looking out to get you. Poor accommodation. Some people are beyond useless
