Unless you work at a high traffic store, your commission is limited by how many people come into the store. I’ve had days where maybe 10 people come into the store my whole shift. My sales are good (I’m usually top sales) but it can frustrating when you can’t make enough sales to earn more than a (rather low) guaranteed salary. Expect a performance based hours system.
