Small shops with lots of room to try now items and keep only what we like on the shelves.
Cons
breaks were discouraged, some stores train employees and others only trained employees when they needed to fill the positions, I watched the CEOs want to give someone a raise and management found them later and said they couldn't afford to give them a raise, and lastly they didn't give some employees lunch breaks until I showed them the labor codes.
