Pros
Management was good, caring and open for questions or concerns. The work itself was interesting and challenging but not overly so in general. I enjoyed the challenge and the overall atmosphere for the most part. The hourly pay wasn’t great but the bonuses made up for it usually. Management interaction with employees was a great part of this company. They did this a lot making you feel appreciated, valued and informed.
Cons
Management does have favorites but they were usually fair in my experience. The hourly pay was low and the issue with bonuses is the lack of guarantee making it difficult to depend on. I felt like the expectations were greater than the compensation in general. The pay level versus the level of knowledge expected was not equal in my opinion.
