      not having to see these people in person everyday

      Cons

      Horrible pay. Horrible leadership across the board. Unqualified managers with no prior experience. Rampant nepotism. Several sexual harassment incidences. Just an absolute nightmare circus to be a part of. Keep your sanity and don't apply for a job at this place.
