      Schedule is never consistent (bad for students), no flexibility, petty write-ups, favoritism apparent, toxic hierarchy environment

      working with people that have a passion to do this job. Working with people from different backgrounds. Having the ability to help people achieve their dreams of working with young people.

      See good people go. Upper management dont see the full picture from the school standpoint. Its all about number and people in upper management
