- The biggest con of all is the pay. I'm significantly underpaid compared to my peers at other companies. Management will use a variety of excuses to allow this, such as, "your pay is inline with your peers here". Underpaying the department isn't a valid rationale.
- Long work hours during the Spring-Summer. It can be very overwhelming.
- Benefits are lackluster, especially insurance! I'm shocked how it can be so poor, given they are a Health Insurance company
- PTO can be difficult to take. Busiest times of year are during Spring-Summer; precisely when people want to take it.
- Taking PTO can be frustrating; even though it's typically approved, work is left for you to return to. This disincentives taking PTO, especially when it's busy.
