any pros are diluted by the cons unfortunately.
Cons
they say "remote/hybrid" but they are NOT. the goal is to have everyone back in the office by 2024, so if you are interviewing beware. Even if your offer says you are remote, their internal policy says they can change that to in office. Very misleading hiring practices. Cost of benefits are more expensive that other health plans for their employees. merit increases are not competitive
