There are some pretty decent folks in the company that are fun to work with.
Cons
Don't fool yourself, all the negative reviews are 100% accurate. The positive reviews on here are written by management. They do not care about you and have zero respect for your personal time. It is rare that you are allowed to put in less than a 50 hour work week, and they will lie to you to get you in the door. The two salesmen OWN the place and do whatever they want, including talking down to you and making you look stupid in front of others. Many employees have compared it to being in an abusive relationship dealing with them. They have no firm grasp on what is needed to get their products designed and out the door but expect you to get it done and have it on their desk yesterday. There is way too much work for the employees they have and the turnover is higher than anywhere I have ever worked. As a result, no one really knows what they are doing and EVERYTHING gets behind. Avoid at all costs!
