The whole job is a downside! You are lured in under lies and manipulation! They make it seem like such an am amazing job with great opportunity and it really is just a huge mistake! You can never be late, never be sick and If you want to have a child well you better have it and be ready to go to work the next day. The management is awful. Every manager text all day long and most of them are condescending. A girl was shot by a manager and left jobless with a hole in her leg and the manager is still there with his gun. There are no ethics, no care, no respect within those walls. If it floods you come in, if there is a fire alarm going off you have to sit there and potentially burn with the fire. All they care about is money!
