      The Container Store is a fine place to work if you need job and flexible hours. They do offer health benefits for part-time employees which is great for the retail world.

      Cons

      If you're looking for a place to advance your career and continue to develop within a company, this is probably not it. Most employees are part time, with very few openings and opportunities to move into a full time/leadership position.

      Their business, benefits and products are all incredible.

      My position did not allow for a healthy work/life balance. I was never "off".

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
